Pakistan's First Full-Service GTM and RevOps Agency

Contwre GTM Solutions is Pakistan's first full-service GTM and RevOps agency, running since 2020. Why go-to-market is not cold outbound or paid ads, and what owning the whole path from product to money actually requires.

I built Contwre GTM Solutions six years ago on an argument nobody in Pakistan was making at the time.

That go-to-market is not a channel. It is the whole path from a product existing to money arriving in the bank.

Everyone else was selling channels.

What everyone means when they say GTM

Ask ten Pakistani agencies what go-to-market means and nine will describe cold email.

The tenth will describe Meta ads.

Both are wrong in the same way. Cold outbound is a way to reach a market. Paid acquisition is another way to reach the same market. Neither one tells you which market, what to say to it, what to charge, or what happens after somebody replies.

Go-to-market is the layer above both. Who exactly are we selling to. What do they already believe. What must we say to change it. What is the offer. What does it cost. Which channel carries it.

Get that layer wrong and no channel saves you.

I have watched a company rewrite the same sequence four times. The copy was never the problem. They were writing to the wrong twelve hundred companies.

From product to money: the full path, and the slice a channel agency owns
From product to money: the full path, and the slice a channel agency owns

Why I built the company this way

The pattern that started Contwre was one I kept seeing from the inside.

A company hires an agency. The agency is genuinely good at its one thing. Leads arrive. Everyone is happy for about six weeks.

Then the leads sit.

Nobody follows up fast enough. The CRM has four stages and three mean the same thing. Sales says marketing sent garbage. Marketing says sales cannot close.

And the dashboard says the campaign worked, because the dashboard only measures the part the agency owns.

The agency did its job. The company still did not make money.

That gap is not a marketing problem. It is structural.

The agency's responsibility ends at exactly the point where revenue starts.

So my vision was simple. Build the agency that gets you to money, not the one that masters a single sales channel.

What full-service actually has to mean

If you are going to own the outcome, you have to own the whole path.

  • Positioning. Who you are for, and who you are not for.
  • Offer and pricing. What they are buying, and what it costs.
  • Channel selection. Cold outbound, paid, marketplaces, or some combination, chosen after the two above rather than before.
  • Paid acquisition. Meta and Google, structured, tested and measured.
  • Cold outbound. ICP, lists, deliverability, sequences, reply handling.
  • Funnel and automation. What happens between a click and a conversation.
  • Sales process. Stages that mean something, and a team that works them.
  • Revenue operations. Tracking, attribution and reporting, so everyone argues about strategy instead of about whose number is right.
  • Recruitment. Because the moment the pipeline works, your constraint becomes people.

Every one of those is a line item somewhere else in this market. Doing them separately is how you end up with nine suppliers and no owner.

The part people skip

Almost nobody in Pakistan sells the last three.

Sales process, revenue operations and hiring are unglamorous. They do not photograph well. You cannot put them in a case study slide with a big percentage on it.

They are also where most companies lose the money.

Forty meetings a month is worthless if the team can work fifteen.

Attribution nobody trusts turns every budget conversation into a fight.

And when demand outgrows headcount, your constraint stops being leads. It becomes people. No marketing agency will help you there.

Where the money actually leaks: leads nobody works, numbers nobody trusts, people you do not have
Where the money actually leaks: leads nobody works, numbers nobody trusts, people you do not have

We run those because the alternative is delivering a result that evaporates two months after we leave.

Six years of it

Contwre has been running since 2020. Twenty one people. Around 150 hires made through the company.

We work with software houses, SaaS companies and agencies, in Pakistan and into the United States, the United Kingdom and the Gulf.

The thing I am proudest of is not a campaign number.

It is that the engagements end. We build the system. We train the team. The client keeps it.

If a client still needs us in year three for what we fixed in year one, we did the job badly.

What being first actually means

Being first at something is only worth claiming if it changed how you work.

It did here.

Six years on the whole path means we have watched the same failure enough times to see it coming. We know a positioning problem wearing a deliverability problem's clothes. We know which twelve hundred companies are worth contacting, because we have built that list wrong before.

That is not a claim about being clever. It is a claim about having made the mistakes already, on our own money and on our own time, so a client does not have to fund the education.

Who else is out there

I am not going to pretend we are the only option. I published a measured list of the top marketing agencies in Pakistan, with team size, years running and public client review counts for each one.

Read it. Some of them are very good at what they do.

Just check how much of the path they actually own before you sign.

If your pipeline runs on referrals

You do not have a marketing problem. You have a go-to-market problem, and it will not be fixed by whichever channel you buy next.

Bring the funnel and the numbers.

We will tell you where the money is actually leaking, even when the answer is that you do not need us.

Not sure which of these you actually need?

Bring your funnel and your numbers. You leave knowing what to fix first and what to ignore.
